I am impressed only because I have been trying for two wks to figure out how to do it. Read all the forums, Apple instructions, tried out some software and got nowhere till I found you. Great product. Downloads videos easily, just a problem with Mac. Apple does not make it easy

English As a communications professional, I was disappointed when I encountered a spelling mistake. Then, another. And another, and various grammatical disasters. I like the product, the way it works and what it does, but the irritation of encountering error after error in what I presume is translation, is just too much for me.I lost patience with Red Box Organizer before I could properly analyze it to decide what else it should be doing, but I might suggest replacing the "lucky day" horseshoe icon. Good Program The program worked well for me. I accidentally delete all my photos but had them on my Ipod so I used this program to get them back. The photos came back at a decent resolution too so I am happy about that. The only thing I would have liked to see is a select all button on the interface so that you do not have to right click or scroll through all the photos to select them. Also, $20? Kinda pricey for a program with only 1 purpose. But otherwise it is a great product.

Trouble installing, and then unusable results We downloaded Tansee iPod Photo Transfer and installed it, but couldn't get it to work at all. It kept generating errors. We uninstalled it, re-downloaded and tried again. This time it installed.It displayed the photos in wretchedly low resolution. When it allowed a copy of six files in the demo mode, the copies were also low resolution. The help was not instructive. While I run my own software company (and have 3500+ nonprofits using our software around the US & Canada,) I couldn't figure this out.We've uninstalled it, and don't intend to pursue it otherwise.

Trouble with License Code otherwise works I could not get the license code to work when I tried to register no matter how many times and how carefully I entered the 20 number and letter code. I was finally able to get it accepted only by copying the code from the e-mail and pasting it into the code entry blank. Once I got on, Transee quite efficiently transferred about two and one-half days worth of music off of my ipod and back on to my formerly crashed computer. Transee comments. I was very pleased with Transee ipod photo transfer. My son had mistakenly downloaded my pictures onto his ipod. Very shortly afterwards our computer crashed and my pictures were gone! Transee helped me recover all my photos, it was money well spent. Thank you.

I'm afraid it didn't help with my particular problem (I had deleted the unwanted security/apps software from a Cruzer drive, leaving me with 0 bytes on both partitions), so I uninstalled the Pen Drive Data Recovery software again. NOT USEFUL I tried a lot to access my pen drive but your software donot access it, my pen drive is shown in the system but it is not being formated through the system for that i download your software but all in vein.

Not working in vista I turned off user control as mentioned. The program reported that the memory stick has bad partition. The progress bar went upto 30%. Then the application crashed :(

Can`t really tell Download ok, and installed ok but after running on a CF card could not save the recovered data and could not tell if the data had been recovered. would not buy without a fully working trial.

Unable to recover data 1 gig pen drive had two distinct partitians which some how were erased. Using the advanced option no recoverable files were displayed under FAT32 type. Tool displayed error under FAT16 examination. Errors were skipped, the tool appeared to be scanning for recoverable files, but nothing was returned. Program had hung. There was some 300 meg of data originally on the drive.

Low level Formatting Pen Drives use to get damaged, normally because a damage on 0 sector, Would be great to get a tool to format them as well.... There is any way to do a Low Level format to my Mp3 Player Pen Drive ???

Did not get it to work for an .asx file I downloaded this to take an .asx file and convert it to .flv.Unfortunately, I got an error message when I tried to use it. It said to update to media player 9 or later and ensure you had latest directX loaded.I did both those things and still got the error message. So I have not gotten this to work.

Simple & Easy Does what I need it to do with very little learning curve

Fantastic Did everything it said it did and more!I didnt realise that Internet Explorer 8 Beta left so much rubbish behind in the registry!

The program did not work. I installed the program, but when I went to run it, a bar appeared in the taskbar, but no window loaded up. When I used task manager, it stated that the program had stopped responding. I tried to run it numerous times, but with no luck.

Very Good I liked. It is very easy and useful.

Overall great product I love the features...Registry scan, spyware, complete optimization...
